This page gathers the refund rules into one table, so you can check them quickly before or after ordering. The full clauses are in the Terms of Service, section 6 (payment, delivery and refunds) and section 7 (one question, one cast). If this page differs from the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
1. Point of delivery, and the exception to the seven-day right of rescission
Once payment goes through, the system starts calculating the chart and generating the AI analysis (the cost is incurred at that moment); when it finishes, the report is delivered as a link. This is “digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, or an online service that is complete once supplied”. After you tick the consent box at checkout, the seven-day right of rescission under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to this service, under Taiwan’s Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales.

3. How to request a refund
Send the request through the contact form, write “refund request” in your message and include your order number. Once we confirm it falls into a refundable case, the money is returned through Stripe to your original payment method.
4. One question, one cast (Ask a Question)
By the tradition of divination, casting on the same matter again and again in a short period weakens the value of the answer. Before you order, the system shows a summary of the earlier questions from your email address so you can confirm. An order that repeats a question is not refunded on the ground that the result did not match your expectations.
