Welcome to AVYREN (靈豚遠略) (the “Service”; its operator, “we” or “us”). By placing an order, paying, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What this service is — please read
The Service generates analysis with AI from traditional divinatory methods: Vedic astrology (Jyotish), Plum Blossom (梅花易數), Da Liu Ren (大六壬), Liu Yao (六爻) and the like. It exists for the study of traditional culture, self-reflection and entertainment. It is not a guaranteed prediction, not a scientific assessment, and not a professional judgment of any kind.
The Service does not give medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, counseling or any other professional advice. When the analysis touches health, money, marriage, career, legal matters or anything else of consequence, consult a qualified professional and take responsibility for your own decisions. Do not use any output of the Service as the sole basis for a real-world decision.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent with itself, and the quality of the output also depends on how accurate the birth data and the question you give are.
2. Eligibility
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. Placing an order confirms that you are an adult.
3. No accounts, and your report link
The Service has no member accounts. Reports are sent to the email address you ordered with, as a private link containing an unguessable identifier. Keep the link, and access to that mailbox, safe — anyone holding the link can read the report.
4. Your input, and the permission you give us
The birth data, questions and life events you provide remain yours. You authorize us to process, store and transmit them as far as providing the service requires, including sending them to the AI provider that generates the content; see the Privacy Policy. Do not enter another person’s personal data without their consent, unlawful content, or sensitive information unrelated to the service.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not: send bulk automated requests to the Service or scrape it; reverse-engineer, copy or resell its knowledge base and systems; abuse the payment flow (including fraudulent chargebacks); submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content; or circumvent rate limiting or security measures. If you do, we may refuse service, cancel the order, and pursue legal remedies.
6. Payment, delivery and refunds
- Prices are those shown on the order page, charged through Stripe.
- Point of delivery: once payment goes through, the system starts calculating the chart and generating the AI analysis (the cost is incurred at that moment); when it finishes, the report is delivered as a link. This is “digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, or an online service that is complete once supplied”. After you tick the consent box at checkout, the seven-day right of rescission under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to this service, under Taiwan’s Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales.
- Refundable: payment succeeded but the report could not be generated for a system reason and the retry failed too — full refund; a duplicate charge — the duplicate is returned; a delivery failure reported within 7 days of payment and confirmed by us.
- Not refundable: the report or reading has been generated and delivered; the result did not match your expectations because the birth data or the question you gave was wrong (check both carefully before you order).
- Refund requests: send them through the contact form with your order number. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

7. One question, one cast (Ask a Question)
By the tradition of divination, casting on the same matter again and again in a short period weakens the value of the answer. Before you order, the system shows a summary of the earlier questions from your email address so you can confirm. An order that repeats a question is not refunded on the ground that the result did not match your expectations.
8. Intellectual property
The website, code, knowledge base, chart engine, copy and brand of the Service belong to us or to our licensors. The report you buy is for personal, non-commercial use; you may keep it and print it. Without our written consent, you may not resell it, publish it in full, or use it to build a competing service. Your input remains yours (see section 4).
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of the analysis. For any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount actually paid for that order. This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms; material changes will be posted on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a revision means you accept it.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from these Terms, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance. If a dispute arises, contact us through the contact form first; we will try to settle it by negotiation.
